2. Business Positioning – Why do we exist and what makes us successful?
What makes us better, different and special? What’s our angle and what makes us the best at what we do? What’s our actual market? Who are we most likely to appeal to? How can I get my message across? What tools should I be using? How do we want to be perceived in our field?
3. Business Development – How can I get more of the business I want?
How can I raise my profile? How much new business do I need this year? Where’s it going to come from? What would a good result be? What’s my connector base look like? How do I get in front of more of the right people? How am I going to avoid doing too much for free?
