Key things I’ll help you to work on in my initial 3-part EXIT programme:

  1. Assess– Current strength, value, issues and options

How strong is the business right now? How good is the team? Your role and relative position. How would we value the business today? What are the key influencers? What are the exit options?

2. Evaluate– Preferred exit strategy and outcomes

Acquisition, MBO….other options? What support do we need? What’s the magic number? How far away are we? Headline actions. Timeframe.

3. Action plan–  Strengthening the assets and building value

Maximising profits and cash. Have we got the right people? Contracted clients. Removing myself/ourselves. Brand value/goodwill. Creating greater value.

At the end of this process, you’ll have a clear roadmap of where you’re wanting to get to. We’ll assess at that point if/how I might be able to help you get there.
